Fel rhan o’r British Kyokushinkai Karate (BKK) bydd carfan Kata yn cymryd rhan mewn sesiwn Hyfforddiant Rhaeadr noddedig i godi arian ar gyfer Pencampwriaethau Kata’r Byd.
Mae hyn yn agored i bob myfyriwr, waeth beth fo’u hoedran, felly rydym yn annog pob myfyriwr i fynychu. Fodd bynnag, os ydych o dan 16 oed, rydym yn gofyn i’ch rhiant/gwarcheidwad lenwi’r slip caniatâd atodedig a’i ddychwelyd at Shihan Lyndsay, Sensei Anil neu Senpai Richard erbyn dydd Gwener 5ed Gorffennaf.
Dylai unrhyw un sy’n cymryd rhan sicrhau bod ganddyn nhw ddillad sbâr, tywel a hen esgidiau ymarfer. Mae tua milltir o’r man cychwyn i’r rhaeadr. Byddwn yn cynnal ychydig o hyfforddiant ar y ffordd i ac yna o dan y rhaeadr.
Byddem hefyd yn gwerthfawrogi pe bai pob aelod nad yw’n rhan o’r sgwad sy’n cymryd rhan yn gwneud cyfraniad o £10.
Os nad ydych yn gallu bod yn bresennol ond yr hoffech roi cyfraniad, gallwch noddi Sgwad Kata drwy’r dudalen JustGiving: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/britishkyokushinkaikarate-katasquad
Os hoffech ragor o wybodaeth cysylltwch â naill ai Shihan Lyndsay, Sensei Anil neu Senpai Richard.
Edrychwn ymlaen at eich gweld chi i gyd yno!

As part of the British Kyokushinkai Karate (BKK) the Kata squad will be taking part in a sponsored Waterfall Training session to raise funds for the World Kata Championships.
This is open to all students, regardless of age, so we encourage all students to attend. However, if you are under 16, we do require your parent/guardian to complete the attached permission slip and return it to Shihan Lyndsay, Sensei Anil or Senpai Richard by Friday 5th July.
Anyone taking part should ensure they have spare clothes, a towel and old trainers. It is around a mile from the starting point to the waterfall. We will be holding some training on the way to and then under the waterfall.
We would also appreciate it if all non-squad members who are taking part make a contribution of £10.
If you are unable to attend but would like to give a donation, you cansponsor the Kata Squad through the JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/britishkyokushinkaikarate-katasquad
If you would like any more information please contact either Shihan Lyndsay, Sensei Anil or Senpai Richard.
We look forward to seeing you all there!
