Including guest instructors from England, Germany and Ireland. Covering a broad range of fighting technique along with outdoor work therefore running trainers are needed.

Waterfall Training

Meeting at 10.45am at The Lamb Hotel, Chapel Road Aberdare CF44 9JX.
We will be starting the run at 11.00am.
Open to ALL students, but students must be 16+ to train under the Waterfall.
